What is a Healthy Diet: The things that we are eating to fulfill our daily need is called food, but a healthy diet is the amount of food eaten by us at a time through which our body gets all types of nutrition like carbohydrates, proteins, Fats, Vitamins, and Minerals. At all Healthy Diet is nothing but a limited balance Diet.

Why we Should take Healthy Diet:  It is Unpleasant but true that everyone wants to live a long life. So, our body must get the supply of proper food containing all types of nutrients. The deficiency of a healthy diet causes various diseases in our human body. Suppose such deficiency of nutrition run continuously for a long time. In that case, it may create critical diseases like depression, hormone imbalance, anemia, blood pressure, cholesterol, excessive weakness, neuron damage even Cancer, Paralysis, etc.  That is why we must take a healthy diet.
Importance of Drinking water in healthy diets: Our body contains near about 60% water. Our body consists of various organs, all organs of our body functioning with the help of water. Water is the most important part of our diet. A healthy person minimum of 5-7 liters of water must drink per day, deficiency of water happen dehydration in our body, and dehydration causes problems in our digestive systems. For a proper diet, we must maintain 45 minutes to 1-hour gaping between food-taking time and water drink. That is, we must drink water either 45 minutes before lunch and dinner or 45 minutes after, which will help us to strongly improve our digestive system and save us from all critical diseases. Water helps to perform many functions like blood circulation, digestion, and throwing out waste as urine and other impure things.

Energy giving Food:

(i)                Carbohydrates- Grains like rice, wheat, Sabu, sugarcane, sugar beet, banana, mango, papaya, maize, potato, etc. are good sources of Carbohydrates. The important carbohydrates found in our body are starch, sucrose, fructose, and cellulose.
(ii)              Fats: Fats are found in both plants and Animals. Meat, fish, milk, ghee, and butter are derived from animals and seed oil like coconut oil, nut oil, soybean oil, mustard oil, and sunflower oil is derived from plants.

Bodybuilding Food:

Proteins:  Proteins help to build new tissue for the growth and repair of our body. It forms the muscles of the body. Milk, cheese, eggs, fish, and vegetables are the most common sources of protein.

 Protective foods:

(i)                            VitaminsVitamins work to balance the all-organic reaction like blood circulation, digestion, Excretion, and respiration in our body. It also helps in keeping our eyes, bones teeth, and gums healthy. Fruits, milk foods, animal liver seeds, and vegetables are the main sources of Vitamins.
(ii)                          MineralsCalcium, phosphorus, manganese, sodium, potassium, and chlorides are the main minerals of our body.  Fish, salt, water, banana, plant seeds, milk, vegetables, eggs, and green vegetables are the main sources of minerals.
After all, we are sure that, to stay healthy, fit and long-life we must take healthy diets and limited food but balanced diets. We should know about our body functions, health tips, and food choices. Then it will be possible for everyone to stay healthy life.
